Internal Links

How do I create an internal link from the page I just created to the Custom Band Plan(s) page? If you look near the bottom of the page, "After Rebanding," you will see where I have created a link, but it does not go anywhere except to a page that says I can create this page.

Tutorial for listening to feeds on iPod Touch and iPhone

Would it be of any use? I'm listening to the IncidentBroadcast.com mp3 feed for Cache County right now through my iPod so... if a tut would be of any use let me know and I'd be more than willing to share. :)
